I am currently usually a size Small or Medium in tops (so on average, a 4 or 6). Typically a size 29/30, or size 6-8 in jeans.

Anonymous asked: do you ever have a problem with binging?

No, not anymore. At first I did, but now I really do have great self control. It just takes lots and lots of practice, plus never denying yourself something you want. If you want to eat something, either workout extra hard afterwards or make adjustments in your intake for the day to accommodate it. Then you never feel deprived of something and won’t binge. This works for me!
